No Daily Cleaner, not value...

Liked: location good. room is spacious
Disliked: 1. they assigned a wrong bedroom type than what I booked. I booked 1 bedroom with extra bed, they provided me with 2 chairs. 2. it was also taking a sometimes until the room was ready, I went to the reception 3 times.. in other NH hotel the room usually even ready before check in time. 3. NO DAILY CLEANER not even someone to clean the trash. they did not inform us in the beginning / check-in. I NEED TO PICK UP THE CLEAN TOWEL TO THE RECEPTION. not expecting this kind of service from a 4 stars hotel. worst NH hotel i have experience with. 4. the bar staff was confused when I asked for help from storing breastmilk and baby food.

Low value for money

Liked: The location and the breakfast
Disliked: Long check in, small room (even after 'upgrade'), no still water in the room, reception not picking up the phone when calling them several times

Good value for money in...

Liked: Amazing location, great breakfast. Staff is trying to help. Beds are comfortable and we managed to checkin at 11am.
Disliked: They are starting their cleaning around 12pm and finishing at 3:30pm so if you want to rest during lunchtime, that would be an issue.Some of the rooms are facing the street (which is a quiet street) but still you could hear music and people talking. Windows are not sound proof.

Excellent stay, everything perfect. We...

Liked: Perfect location, excellent room, very cleaned and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the gym and the sauna.
Disliked: I didn’t know the sauna was no swimwear. It is common in Berlin, but I wish it was written somewhere, silly me not asking.

Great Stay in a Central...

Liked: The hotel boasts a very central location, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Front office service was excellent—professional and helpful throughout our stay. It’s conveniently located near both U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, making public transportation easily accessible. There are also several good restaurants nearby, adding to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
Disliked: One small suggestion for improvement: the front door was a bit confusing to navigate at first, and clearer signage or design could help make entry more intuitive.

Very disappointing

Disliked: Gym was essentially non-existent. Had to walk through the parking garage to get to my room. Hot water was unreliable

Recommended

Liked: Very good location between Kurfürstendamm and Savignyplatz . Easy to reach affairs and citycommunication of busses, U-Bahn and S-Bahn.
Disliked: The breakfast buffé isn’t worth 20€, but that is the case with most hotels.We got lucky though to get free breakfast for our stay.
