Liked: Excellent breakfast and room was nice and very comfortable.
Disliked: Front desk staff. Big hotel with not sufficient staff at the front desk. I didn’t like the way the hotel handle my option in purchasing early check in. They sent me an email with this offer, I accept the offer and I never received any response. I know that checking time is 3pm. But I also know that the front desk couldn’t ask house keeping staff to prioritize cleaning the room of a guest who arrived at the hotel at 9:30am. I received the key at 3:20pm.
