A well-located hotel within walking...

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The shower's lack of a glass door causes water to splash across the floor.

Pleasant

Liked: Excellent location next to Friedrich... which is near all museums. Clean and comfortable bed, room size, view from room, full size window.
Disliked: Non working locker, broken dustbin, broken sink cover, broken tissue box Holder, lastly the most irritating one was there was a noise from the switch board next to the bed which was scary while sleeping. I recorded it too. One of the reception managers was very arrogant and rude. Other staff were really good. Hotels need to check their rooms

Good location, great breakfast.

Liked: The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Great breakfast spread, lots of choice including champagne and the makings of a bloody Mary if you fancy that. We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the train tracks. I was worried about the noise at first, but it turned out the sound proofing was very good and we didn't hear anything at night.
Disliked: Housekeeping could be better. We had to request tissues and toilet paper as they didn't restock when they cleaned the room. Also odd black marks ( like from a permanent marker) appeared on our tub on the 2nd day of our stay. The vinyl coating on the floor was peeling off in places and I cut my foot on it which was upsetting. We reported this on departure. Breakfast was expensive at €28 pp.

Liked: The location was perfect! The staff were very nice and helpful.Good room and great facilities.Big breakfast with alot of options.
Disliked: The shower has A curtain, not a door.

Liked: location is perfect. the staff is super attentive and nice. room is very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: my window faced the train station so it was noisy :(

Very central, comfortable base to...

Liked: The location is very convenient, well connected by train and tram. There are plenty of sights and cafes and restaurants in walking distance. A great base in Berlin. The rooms are simple but comfortable.
Disliked: The gym is very small, harder to fit more than 2 people in there at a time comfortably.
