Good location but too dirty...

Liked: The location is good with a quiet area close to the main attractions and a park
Disliked: The hotel is extremely dirty. The couch at the reception was completely dirty when we arrive and the coffee cups in the rooms still had unwashed coffee stains at the bottom. Makes you wonder what else they don't clean.
