Front Desk staff was very...

Give people free water!

Liked: Stuff was friendly and helpful. I like comfy bed, blackout curtains. A lot of things in the room is a little bit aged, but pretty clean.
Disliked: No kettle, no tea/coffee in the room and I was not able to find coffee point (could be hidden somewhere, but I've never asked the stuff about it, because our stay was too short). What is crazy for me, is that there was no free water in the room. We've been charged for drinking two bottles of water out of fridge. That's not okay.
