Good hotel, unreliable shuttle system

Liked: Close to the airport, good breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: Transportation service to and from the airport could improve. They send you a message saying to call them when you are in the "bus stop" however you need to wait until the bus is scheduled, we waited +45 minutes which is very inconvenient. Also they say you can request help to airport info to call if you don't have European SIM however the airport staff said they can't call so the instruction provided by the hotel was completely inaccurate (and the phone number provided was an old one)

Good location for short stay,...

Liked: Twin beds are comfortable and big. Within 5 mins of metro. Shuttle to airport
Disliked: No Shuttle from airport before 12pm.No tissues No tea or coffee maker
