Good

Nice weekend stay with friends

Liked: Very clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in the centre of Rotterdam so in summer, when the windows are open, you have to keep in mind that in can be a little bit loud. But for the rest, it was a very nice stay. Breakfast super good, nice cafe and cakes. :-)
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointing

Great location, friendly staff and...

Liked: The location was very convenient and close to most things. Large family room with a standard bathroom. No dinner option at the hotel it self.
Disliked: Lack of step free access into the reception the building was accessible is lifts accept for the main entrance.

Superb

Great central old hotel

Liked: Comfy beds, rustic retro vibe, good location, windows that opens and blackout curtains, toiletries in the bathroom, clean. All good, would stay here again. There were complimentary free snacks at check in time. Coffee machine in the room, little fridge and kettle, water bottle.
Disliked: Long waiting for check in. Some street noises if you are sensitive but was not that bad. A bit tired but was not an issue for us.

Poor

Disliked: Under the toilet had leaked water. I had said to the reception and they had repaired it but was not nice.
