Arnhem short stay

Liked: Over looking the river Rhine.
Disliked: Breakfast. There was very little selection, no cold meats left, no pastries, no sausages, no boiled eggs, no scrambled eggs and no bacon when we arrived at 09:30. Breakfast finished at 10:00. Staff did eventually bring out all of the missing items, but by the time a breakfast could be assembled some items were cold.

Liked: We were surprised with a room upgrade, which included a king-sized bed and a balcomy overlooking the river. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good.

Liked: Location was very close to where I need it to be and perfect parking.
Disliked: They should clean the bathroom and toilet, smells bad and everything looks yellow and dirty. Some of the staff have horrible customer service, specifically the lady at the reception and the guy at the bar on my second night at the hotel (rude and unprofessional)
