Liked: I liked the comfy room a lot. Also there was the possibility to buy necessities (e.g. deodorant, make up remover ecc.) which was very convenient.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that there was no daily room refreshing - the bins have not been emptied, for example. Even on request, the room has not been refreshed. Also, when requesting room service (breakfast) the dishes have not been removed the whole day which caused bad smell as well.

Exceptional

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was extremely convenient — the hotel is situated right at a bus stop, and from there it takes only 5 minutes to reach the nearest metro station. From the metro, it’s very easy to get both to the city center and to Keukenhof flower park.The hotel itself was spotless; everything felt very clean and well taken care of. I also really appreciated the privacy and professionalism of the staff — they were always polite, discreet, and ready to assist when needed.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Disliked: The location was not close to the city or transportation. There seemed to be families living there. Kids running through and playing on elevators.

Disliked: There was no cleaning throughout my stay. At checkout they told me that it was explained upon booking (where??) that cleaning was on demand. The hotel management really needs to make sure this message is passed along better: noone told me this at check in, no message about this in email or anything like this.Also, no possibility to buy coffee in the hotel whatsoever. Unless you choose to have breakfast.

Disliked: When you pay over 200,euro night and they do not clean the room, you have to ask for a day in advance. You can see the do not like you ask and surprise the day after... Sorry we forgot
