Liked: Breakfast fantastic great choice
Disliked: Didn't know how many night clubs were in the square and that they didn't finish until 3.am each morning

Amazing!

Liked: The hotel's location is amazing, very lively and full of energy. If I visit Amsterdam again, I would definitely stay at the same hotel. Plus, they offer a complimentary drink at the bar!
Disliked: The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. We asked for someone to check it, but no one was available, so they gave us a small fan instead, which was quite inconvenient.

Overpriced

Disliked: Overpriced, hôtel ok but nothing special for a price which is crazy. Location is not bad as such but surrounded by low quality bars and restaurants with not a great public

Good location and nice enough...

Liked: It was a good location. The bathroom was clean and functional. Comfy beds and pillows.
Disliked: We were not told at check in about breakfast, we were not told that we could have free tea and coffee throughout our stay and I actually paid for all of them daily at the bar! We were not told we would be charged some kind of tax on arrival. I booked a room with a bath, a green tick beside the word bath and yet was charged $320 extra on arrival for the bath and taxes! Very misleading. I emailed the hotel and no reply. Lifts were very old and unsteady. Girls cleaning rooms not friendly apart from one older lady with short dark hair who was lovely. No tea or coffee replacement had to ask for more. Room had no pictures or colour at all was very bare.
