Liked: Modern rooms, good location
Disliked: We were put in room 121 for the first night. We did not sleep at all due to the bass fromThe night club near by.We were moved after this, to a higher floor out the back of the hotel. The room is quite a confined space, but is well decorated.

It was Ok, but I...

Liked: Good bright room with windows to back area. Coffee machine and kettle in the room.
Disliked: Complication with reservation. Despite booking was showing correct dates, but in the hotel’s system it was different month. The risk to stay without room and looking for new hotel is not acceptable. Hotel did not provide anything for the apology with the reservation.Air conditioning was very weak and even the temperature was setup to 19 degrees it was very hot in the room and temperature did not go below 24.

Liked: Location was perfect. Easy to walk to shops during the day and in central of many clubs at night.

Exceptional

Liked: I was especially grateful that after a 6am flight the staff checked me in hours before I was due to have my room, as they had the space. As always with NH the room was comfortable, stylish and thoughtfully provided for. The ‘bones’ of this building are also well taken care of, lots of original woodwork and stained glass. A lovely place to stay

Disliked: There was a lot of noise from the bars downstairs, this went on throughout the whole night every night.
