Great Hotel in the Heart...

Liked: Location. Location. Location. In the center of everything. Public trams right outside the hotel. Breakfast included was excellent. Staff all around couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful.
Disliked: Rooms and hotel overall are somewhat dated and could use some updates.

Disliked: It’s an interesting old hotel and it’s a shame the staff did not know more about its history. It would be very interesting to have the story posted somewhere. it’s obvious that the hotel has a grand old history, and it would be interesting to know what it was.
