Great place to stay to...

Liked: Very, very central and easy acces to the city. Room very big and great view of the canals.Very friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast exceptionel nice.

Passable

Liked: The hotel is clean and room spacious. Staff very nice, polite and helpful. Location very close to centre.
Disliked: Outside extremely noisy and very difficult to sleep all night. It's a pity cause hotel is very good.

Liked: The surrounding area are good
Disliked: No air condition , not working and no good response from the team , no one helps you with your luggage and the cars cant access to the hotel location and will dropped you with a walking distance with your luggages. I will not repeat the stay here again

Very poor

Disliked: We paid bomb for a particular type of room and then hotel gives me a box. And then staff says we are sold out and this is what we can offer you. No air-conditioning. And half rye size if room with no space to open suitcase also. Toilet gets over before it starts. Hotel should have returned money if they could not give us what they charged us for.

Liked: Clean comfortable rooms great breakfast and excellent location to see Amsterdam

Disliked: No parking at the hotel (a separate valet picks and drops the car) and they don’t tell this at the time of booking.
