NH Caransa is on Rembrandt Square nearby Dam Square and The Flower Market. The tram stop across from Caransa provides easy access to sights and the RAI conference center. Free Wi-Fi is available. The NH Caransa has a shuttle service between the hotel and Schiphol Airport for an additional fee. Amsterdam Central Train Station is 10 minutes away by tram. The hotel rooms have coffee and tea facilities and a sitting area. Each morning breakfast is served in the breakfast room. It's a low cost hotel...

Liked: Good central location with train station nearby and lots of shops and bars. The staff were polite and the hotel was pleasant for the price.
Disliked: It's an old hotel and quite dated. We had a leaky shower, which made the floor wet after every use. There are two nightclubs literally right next to the hotel and lots of people queuing up for them and partying in the square opposite, so it's quite loud at night.

Disliked: One of the days the room wasn`t cleaned (made)Breakfast is very much standard for the price you payDairy food was very very limitedRoom was not well soundproof so if you are a light sleeper you would well hear street noise made by trams passing very near by
