Close to most of what...
Liked: Walking distance to Central Train Station and most major sights and attractions. Beautiful, clean and quiet.

Liked: location is great! Staff is friendly with professional attitude.only observation is that the staircase is a handicap factor in the room 359.take note that next time we plan to stay in Amsterdam in your hotel we request if possible for a room without staircase.we skip breakfast as we have so many options outside the hotel

Liked: I think the rooms were pretty tidy and well stocked and Comfortable.
Disliked: The staff courtesy. The ones on reception were excellent and amazing But the wait staff at breakfast, were not exactly rude, but were very un pleasant. The room mini bar had no rate menu there, it was confusing.
