Good stay

Liked: The hotel was good ,quite central.We were in a suite and had good views, and the place was clean .They provided us with an iron and adapter plug when requested.
Disliked: I think staff need to understand that when u have guests staying for 2 nights 3 days they will drink tea at least a min of 5 times.They had provided 2 tea bags, and when asked for more, the guy at reception said there were none available, which seemed odd.We just went and bought them but left a poor taste when the experience was great..Just going to let this go.

Liked: It was clean & comfortable. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast & helpful staff.
Disliked: I didn’t like the carpets in the room.

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Hotel is suitable for a one night stay but not for longer.
Disliked: The rooms were very small, and we didn’t receive an upgrade. The staff could have been more courteous.

Wonderful Hotel

Liked: The staff were great! Very nice and friendly! The hotel was very clean and beds were really comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel!
Disliked: Breakfast options were limited. The same items were there each day could have had more variety.

Liked: Food, room, staff and facilities were all above average.
Disliked: Old unclean carpets in the room and hallways, poor choice of items at the breakfast, a very bad coffee machine.

Exceptional

Liked: Room Exceeded Expectation. Hotel sent a comp bottle of sparking wine to my room for my birthday. Staff were consistently courteous and friendly.
