Liked: Location was great. Close to the Enmore Theatre. Lovely foyer. Staff were pleasant.
Disliked: There was terrible mould in the bathroom, it can be cleaned easily. No bath mat was provided, which is just bizarre, so the floor was wet after your shower and really slippery. I had no hot water at night time, had to run the shower for over 5 mins to get just tepid water, i didn't even turn the cold water tap on!!! I was really looking forward to a nice hot shower, but alas it was not to be. The lamp shade was ripped and crushed. These little things can be easily fixed just to make your stay a little bit better. Walls are really thin, I could hear next door just taking to one another. The stairs are a lot to traverse with suit cases also. Not a place for older people with luggage.

Liked: Proximity to train station, theatre, food, and quirky shops. Neat and tidy. Reasonably quiet. Aircon was great.
Disliked: Could have done with a hand towel and bathmat.

Liked: It was close to our function
Disliked: The room was too small for 2 adults and 2 single beds. Paid extra for an upgrade for a balcony and was disappointed when i couldnt even open the door to the balcony and it was hardly a balcony. Bathroom/toilet was dirty and broken tiles on floor and in shower. No spare toilet paper.
