Great place for a family...

Liked: Location was great. Cottage was well equipped. Beds comfy. Hot tub was 'amazing' to quote the grandchildren. Nice touch of bathrobes. Grandchildren went into the outdoor pool- bit too cold for me!!

Liked: Everything was fabulous. The setting, the room, the breakfasts! The host Sue went out of her way to accommodate our every need.

Exceptional

Liked: A property with lots of character - the lovely owners have worked tirelessly to renovate this Georgian farmhouse.Many extra touches to add to our comfort, &, after walking all day, the hot tub & the swimming pool were such a treat!

Sue was so kind and...

Liked: It’s more like a lovely boutique hotel. Our bedroom was huge and spotlessly clean. Sue’s breakfast was plentiful and delicious and we weren’t rushed. We had a very relaxing morning before we checked out. Wishing we’d been able to stay longer.

Well worth a visit

Liked: Everything was fantastic! Sue was welcoming and very friendly.The room was clean and comfortable. There's a swimming pool and hot tub. The food was excellent and there were lots of choices. If you're a dog lover, you have to meet gorgeous George.

Great place to stay, easy...

Liked: It was very convenient for Northallerton and Thirsk. We went to a wedding at a nearby wedding ‘venue’. It was great to get back to somewhere normal. The hot tub went down well.
Disliked: Nothing.

Beautifull place to stay

Liked: Perfect location , very quiet , u had the run of the place the pool , jacuzzi ,& bar area , it was like staying with family , gorgeous breakfast in the morning
