Room was adequate and comfortable but small and unexceptional for the price they were charging. You expect 5-star luxury for this price. But this hotel was middling in all aspects.

Liked: Nice open space with excellent gym, pool, and parking services.
Disliked: Extremely overpriced for what it is. Service in the restaurant was very slow. Food was fine but overpriced for what you got.

Liked: The room and property was very nice and clean. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The pool wasn't very clean. My kids decided not to swim because of that. I also wish Starbucks in the lobby would stay open later than 12 pm

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Check in was difficult. Don’t like the destination fee. Pool was dated/somewhat unpleasant. Our room had no body wash in the shower, and the toilet in our room was broken. The room with inside views felt very claustrophobic.

Liked: We enjoyed the room, parking, convenience to downtown, great staff, nice little bar with menu, All good.
Disliked: nothing I can think of.

Liked: The restaurant staff were great. Very fun and friendly. Our room was VERY clean but tiny. No storage for clothing. The pool was disappointing. I didn’t care for the give 30/remove 30 for food/dining. I would favor a coupon. The store in the lobby had ridiculous prices. That needs to change. Lower those prices.
