Disliked: Mold in the bathroom, poor room cleaning service, we did not find that it was the same in person as on the website

Bathrooms needs to be updated....

Liked: Convenient to restaurants and shopping walking distance
Disliked: Parking should be included for guests for a two night stay or more

Disliked: Way too expensive for an old fashion hotel. After paying top dollar for the room, you charged $35.00 to park our car. No amenities. No charging ports for electronic devices. Not even a cup of coffee in the lobby.

Excellent overnight stay in Newport...

Liked: Convenient location in downtown Newport harbor with parking onsite, walkable to many thing to do nearby. Staff was very friendly/helpful. Was able to get late checkout.
Disliked: Restaurant was closed during our stay.

Disliked: Beds uncomfortable, parking a little high priced and competing with public parking made it crazy to actually find an open space

Disliked: Food no better than fair and expensive. Room had chipping paint. When looking for assist from front desk late in evening no one available in the area. Could hear yelling from next room.
