The pool and outdoor facilities...

Liked: The pool
Disliked: The room smelled terrible, there was mold in the shower, the phone didn’t work neither did the hairdryer. When I went down to the front desk to let them know they were already aware. Not cool.

Liked: Great location and views from the ocean front suite. The young lady that works at love birds cafe in the morning was very polite.
Disliked: Unkept & unfinished room. Floor was dirty, mini fridge smelled like spoiled food. Dirty trash bin in the bathroom. Beat up furniture, dirty walls. Seems like they just sprayed air freshener in the room but didn’t actually properly clean it. Overpriced food and drinks. Was charged twice for resort fee. Took 15+ mins to get clean pool towels. Phone doesn’t work. Had to call to get a new TV remote as the other one didn’t work. Only good thing about this hotel is the location and views.

Disliked: It was dirty! The room was falling apart, water damage ceiling where drywall and paint were coming of the ceiling. The carpet was stained everywhere, along with pulled up by the sliding glass door and just laying there. Trip hazard coming back in from balcony. The face of the dresser was ripped off. The list goes on. And if you dare to look behind the bed cause the remote fell back there it hasn’t been pulled out and cleaned in god knows how long. Had to be 2 inches of dust and hair back there. The bathroom door jambs are rotted as well. It felt like the place was falling apart and dirty.

Disliked: To start, received this after booking:"We would like to inform you that our hotel is currently undergoing renovations to enhance our facilities and improve your future visits. As a result, there will be construction noise from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience. Rest assured, our team is committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible." Construction noise started at 0715.The sheets were used in our room and needed changed. Was told this would be done in 20 minutes. After 2 hours had to call housekeeping again.The motel is rundown and filthy. No one inspects the rooms after cleaning. There was dust in the top of the closet, USED SHEETS, mildew, and A/C sounds like a freight train. STAY AWAY!!!!
