Liked: *New remodeling - getting better and more beautiful with each visit we make.*Staff in cafe, poolside service, poolside bar/restaurant -absolutely awesome! Very hardworking, friendly, and helpful.Beautiful partial ocean view from room 522.
Disliked: Mold in bathroom, room 522. Told staff, and nothing was done.

Run down hotel saved by...

Liked: Great location right on the beach, best appreciated with an oceanfront room. Lots of restaurants across the road.
Disliked: The lady who checked us in was so rude. Later we asked three times for a coffee top up before we got it. Pool staff very good, hotel staff poor. Housekeeping only make the bed and replenish towels. The hotel rooms are very rundown, however having said that everything in our room worked OK and the room was comfortable. Beware of construction noise.

Liked: Loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. Loved the amenities and the pricing of the hotel and the view of the beach! Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Some things in the hotel room were a little tattered.such as the coffee table in the living room portion in my suite, the carpet had stains, and the jet tub was peeling and had dirt stains in the parts where the jets are. I was still had a comfortable stay.
