Will stay again!
Liked: Clean, contemporary feel.Everything felt new and fresh!
Disliked: There was a party outside with loud music. It did end by 10:00-10:30

Gorgeous grounds, avoid the stinky...
Liked: Beautiful decorating in lobby and by pool. Gorgeous lobby artwork and spectacular fish art installation playing on the ceiling on the outdoor bar.
Disliked: We booked a room with ocean side view and it was not ready at the time of checkin. Instead of waiting for our room, checkin advised that we could be moved to the towers and suggested it was lovely and would not disappoint. I asked about the view and was advised not to worry, I would not be disappointed, which made be feel comfortable about the change so we agreed. When we got to the room, the view was disastrous and disappointing consisting of industrial pipes and roof equipment. The hall to our room in “towers” were through open air passages and smelled of sewage the entire stay. The heat in the room did not work and it was freezing. The open air sewage passageway to the lobby was freezing since it was mostly outside. We did not get offered any cost reduced for downgrade to the towers due to our room not being ready. I am not the type to ask for the refund, so I just let it go. Friends were also forced to pay an exorbitant valet fee for coming leaving their car parked outside briefly while walking us in and then leaving. Recommendation’s, stay away from the tower.

Great experience until checkout.
Liked: Hotel and stay was fantastic
Disliked: I have a confirmation from booking.com stating my room was prepaid for. Apparently this was not the case. The hotel manager sent my invoice to accounting for review and said I would receive an updated invoice when resolution is reached (since I was going to be flying all day and would not be able to accept phone calls). I did receive an updated invoice, but now I have been charged TWICE for the stay, and no pending refund for the first invoice I took to the manager. The front desk staff have not been helpful since I have been home and keep giving me conflicting information that does not match my stay.

Great getaway resort, close to...
Liked: It definitely has a resort “on vacation “ type of feel. Staff was very helpful. They upgraded my room. The bar was a great place to chill out before going out to dinner.
Disliked: The walls are a little thin. I was kind of surprised with this particular feature, but it did not bother me at all.
