Liked: The room in quite spacious and comfortable for long stayThe hotel has its own laundryThe gym was well equipedOnly Maryam and Paul from help desk were very helpful and kind
Disliked: THE STAFF! very very vey very rude when we talk to reception desk or even their manager she doesn't even look at us, they don't answer questions, During our 14 nights stay we asked to leave for 2 days and come back, they refused to store our luggage !!!!The men at the coffee bar were very rudeThe suit doesn't have its own safety boxNo one helps with our luggage

Liked: Loved the room.  Food was delicious and staff were great. The bed mattress?  Wonderful. 
Disliked: Since we were in the so-called "Elite Level," a couple suggestions: a room safe and a stocked refrigerator of beverages.  That's it

Excellent property, facilities - Must...

Liked: Room is excellent. Parking is free, generally full but can manage on street parking.Breakfast is not provided. BYO
Disliked: I feel there should be breakfast and at site delivery of food as per menu from 6am to 11pm.

Liked: Very clean! The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing.
Disliked: No microwave! They only show you the Bayview on pictures. Our scenery was nothing like that. All we saw were buildings out of our window.windows. No complimentary breakfast like most places.
