Very good

Liked: It’s exactly as shown. The room is very clean & no odor! The shower/tub is clean. It seems to be relatively recently renovated. The mirror is modern. Good shower head water pressure. It has microwave, fridge, TV & wall outlets within reach. I think the only thing I’d like is extra pillow ( which I probably could have ask for). Bring your own hairdryer if you use one. This inn is far cleaner than a place I stayed last time near K town. The location is quiet ( even passing vehicles not that bothersome to me). For a quick SoCal trip for a dragon boat race event, I certainly can see myself staying will here again.
Disliked: The parking outside our room was taken. Thankfully we’re the only one at the back parking lot but if it is full, backing in to get in/out will be a little tricky.

Easy one night stay at...

Liked: Decent clean property with a low price, and close to beach and stores. I enjoyed seeing the Classic Volvo parked in front. Thanks

I will never stay here...

Liked: The price was good for a summer rare, but then I found out it was adequately priced.
Disliked: I was lucky enough to be assigned the room next to the office, where there was talking up to 1a in the morning. I got zero sleep because of tue inconsiderate family who owns/manages the property.

Liked: The room/bed/bath were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to my activities. The cost was more than affordable. Mini-fridge and microwave were nice, though I did not use them.
Disliked: No coffee maker. Eek!!! No place within an easy walk to find coffee. Double eek! I would stay here gain, but I'd make sure to bring some instant day starter. Seriously, including a coffee maker would be huge.

Great bargain in Costa Mesa

Liked: It was clean and looked freshly renewed. It was a very convenient location at an affordable price. Free parking was plentiful.
Disliked: Nothing
