Very nice room and very...

Liked: Location is wonderful right in downtown Newport. The staff was very helpful and answering questions.
Disliked: One of the windows in the room was not closed properly. Therefore it appears there were like 100 seagulls sitting right outside our window and they like to get up very early in the morning. The toilet also needed some work done on it.The staff that was at the desk was very gracious for my let her know about these different things, and she wrote them down and said that they would be addressed.

Liked: The location was central to the shops and restaurants. We want to say a big thank you to Tim on reception who could not have been more helpful in recommending where to have breakfast, have dinner and which places to visit as a tourist.A true gentleman.

Superb

Liked: From the minute we arrived to minute we left couldn't have been better. Rachel at the desk was amazing , helped with parking and general advice. Room was perfect with 3 balconies, gonna of space and well laid out. Location was perfect and just overall great place to be.
Disliked: Not really anything we could think of

Liked: Lovely huge room with a small kitchen area, dining table, and generous couch seating. Lots of room.
Disliked: $40 for overnight parking seemed a little steep, but public parking in the area was at least as expensive as the hotel.

Liked: Great location. Quiet. Basic kitchen, fridge, microwave. God coffee shop downstairs.
Disliked: A/C was struggling some days. Kuerig coffee machine. Lousy coffee and lots of plastic waste.
