Location is the best part...

Liked: Location is great but there is only one elevator. Rooms are clean and the balcony is a plus.
Disliked: Have to pay for parking ($40.00) per night

Liked: The location was very convenient. There was plenty of parking. The hvac worked well. Front desk staff, Paula was very nice and quite helpful.
Disliked: The sofas were quite expensive uncomfortable. The bed was a bit too soft. The Oyster Bar was directly across from our room and was quite noisy, especially on the weekend.

Liked: Location, cost room size.
Disliked: Noise we could hear full on conversations through the walls and upstairs we could hear when they would move. I know it’s an old building, and it may just be loud people, but we did not sleep at all. Did I mention the fire alarm going off on our first night? And being brushed off by front desk as it was the pizza place down stairs issue? The “Nothing they could do about it “attitude and “oh well” was a little off putting.

Liked: It was a fabulous deal. The rooms are suites. We had a large living room, a nice full kitchen stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Bedroom was large and bed was fabulous. Terrific location, right on the marina, quiet, everything is walkable. Tim, the front office attendant, was incredible. He's so affable and a native of Newport and knew EVERYTHING. We can't wait to go back.
Disliked: Nothing !!!
