I would never recommend this...

Liked: Location was out of the way but not to bad
Disliked: Staff was rudeNo towels in roomSink was clogged (no one bothered to fix it after I said something) Noisy people next door Will NEVER ever recommend this place

Something seemed off this time...

Liked: With their renovations pretty much complete, and the property rebranded, we thought we'd be having another good visit in Newmarket.
Disliked: When we checked in on Saturday evening, we noticed one of the elevators was out of order. The next morning we found out the 2nd elevator was now broken down so no vertical transportation. I was travelling with my elderly 93 year old father and a cousin that has a bad knee. We were on the 5th floor, so needed to go down for breakfast, then up to pack up and then down again to check out. This was very difficult for my father. He needed to take it quite slow and rest at just about every landing in the stairwell. The room was great. Our companion travellers had a coffee machine that didn't work in their room. They are familiar with that type of machine and used all 3 k-cups to get it going, but no success. Included breakfast was good, however lot of us waiting around for the eggs to be replenished and the pancake bag to be replaced. Things just seemed off this trip. Hopefully everything will be back in order for my next visit there.

Lovely comfortable stay

Liked: Facilities are very appealing. Ambiance is lovely on entry, very clean and welcoming. Room was impeccable and beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Honestly I have no comment.

Disliked: Bed sheets stained. No face cloths and only one hand towel for two people
