Liked: Good location. Good sound proofing, clean facilities
Disliked: The pool is advertised as heated but was barely tepid and unusable. The sauna and gym were locked with no notice of how to access so couldn't use these facilities either. My main reason for choosing Newina was for the heated pool so very disappointed that it wasn't warm enough to use.

Exceptional

Liked: Fresh and clean. Big spa pool. Parking in front of the room. heater in the bathroom is a plus. Has laundry service too.
Disliked: -Bit costly. Should have a bottle of water for the price..-Poor soundproofing. We can hear foot steps from the floor above us. -no Netflix. -there is no shade in the spa pool as seen in the photos.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, easy communication, spa , heated pool and handy location
Disliked: It could be even better to have a sign indicating the depth of swimming pool

Liked: Great property for a nights stay, too close to busy roads and shopping but very convenient.
Disliked: Too close to main roads.
