Liked: The location was excellent, just steps from the metro and the marina. The staff were helpful and friendly and our room was quiet. The balcony was a nice bonus.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Welcome staff and excellent location. Included breakfast was exceptional.
Disliked: I did not expect the bell outside of the window to be so loud. Some warning may be helpful to other guests.

Liked: Stylish & elegant but also comfy, with very high quality mattresses and hearty breakfast, most of the staff is friendly and ready to help (with one exception but I guess the gentleman was tired or something). I would suggest adding a couple of chairs and a coffee table on the balcony cause it is a nice place to spend evening too.
Disliked: There is a balcony but no chairs there and no ashtrays. Also, the plastic windows are not air tight and you can hear the trucks washing the pavements in the streets as early as 6am.
