Superb

Beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast and...

Liked: It’s very clean and the hotel is beautiful. Love the design elements. Very close to metro’s and staff are so helpful and kind.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room we got was a bit to small for us seeing that we had a lot of luggage from traveling for 2 weeks. But it doesn’t take away from the comfort of the bed, good shower pressure and amenities

Central and clean

Liked: Friendly staff.Central, very near the Metro . Good amenities near.Quiet at night. Nice bathroom.
Disliked: Small rooms and very close back yard.

Poor & unpleasant experience

Disliked: The room is extremely small and is not made to accommodate 2 persons The beds were constantly separating during the night which made our sleep as a couple very uncomfortableThe bathroom was smelly most probably from the water when taking a shower

Liked: The Hotel have nothing special
Disliked: The room smelled musty and damp. Despite my 3-day stay, it took them 2 full days to move me to another room. Then the door stopped working altogether — their response was: “We’ll take care of it, but we don’t know how long it’ll take. In the meantime, you can go for a walk outside,” even though it was 30°C. The issue took nearly 3 hours to fix.To top it all off, because I had barely 2 minutes to pack up and move rooms, I forgot my AirPods. And — what a coincidence — they mysteriously disappeared. When I checked their location, they were in a suburb of Paris.
