Liked: The staff was very polite and very helpful. The reception was very friendly and my 9-rating is because of the friendly staff :-). Location near to my business place. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. I have expected some more reach breakfast, considering the 4stars-hotel rating and the costs.

Nice stay

Liked: Nice stay in a secure area of Brussels. I enjoyed the breakfast too. There were no pancakes or waffles which is a must for a 4 star hotel. Blurred eggs were very tasty!
Disliked: It was not the most modern room but it is ok for the price. The TV screen is a bit small. There should be some improvements at the breakfast menu.
