A splendid place for a...

Liked: Superb location on the main road, easy to find and just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Excellent sound-proofing meant a good night's sleep, and decent wifi. I enjoyed two meals in the restaurant (it's very popular so you need to book!) and tasty breakfasts - my favourite was the homemade warm banana bread! There's a tea and coffee nook for all guests to use and free sparkling water.
Disliked: A couple of minor bathroom observations. The shower wasn't very powerful and the ventilation fan made some strange noises in the night. Sure some maintenance would fix them.

Liked: Everything. Close to town and shops/pubs, quirky little building, lovely clean, large room with a wonderful walk in shower/wet room, lots of hot water and clean fluffy towels, the bed was so comfortable and the little coffee/tea nook with unlimited biscuits down the corridor was great. Didn’t see proprietors but keys left in foyer with instructions and numbers on. Didn’t eat there but all in all good value and a nice little place.

Liked: Friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Fresh milk to make bottomless cups of tea and coffee, with biscuits. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast to order. 5 mins walk into main High Street.
Disliked: A little noise over the kitchen but not overly so.
