Liked: The location was the only good thing.
Disliked: I had two rooms , they were dirty absolutely disgusting. Mold on shower curtains, scum marks on glass we didn't even use the showers. Half a roll of toilet paper in each room no spare rolls. I had to buy some. Lamp shades in both rooms were cracked and visible. A screw on the floor , my son stepped on it. The curtains in one room had a bandaid on it and tape at the other end. A dirty wet face washer was in one bathroom sink and the taps were dripping and you couldn't turn them off. Very run down and need a upgrade. For the price I paid for the two rooms very disappointed.

Liked: The location was superb. The room was a decent size.The phone assistance and online assistance.
Disliked: The entry to the property was very confusing - thankfully the staff member on the phone was super helpful.The room was of very poor quality. The surface of the bath/shower base was extremely revolting. Clean but in very poor repair. My daughter had to wear thongs in the shower to feel comfortable enough to use it. The fan situation in their needs addressing so that guests don't feel threatening by the three signs threatening large fines if steam happens to escape the bathroom - not at all welcoming.The sliding door didn't lock so we didn't feel at safe overnight.The two bedside tables are disintegrating, wood particles all over the floor.The hallway smelt disgusting - it was supposed to be a smoke free floor.I would recommend that this room is taken off the Bookings.Com page until the owners improve

Disliked: This was not a 4 star hotel as advertised and the pictures of the room were completely inaccurate. From the graffiti on the entry sign, smelly and dim corridors, state of the room, use as short term homeless accommodation, our experience was unpleasant to say the least. The furnishings were extremely old, mattress protector stained, lots of signs of damage on cupboards, tables, walls, and patchy paint job completed the derelict look. Rubbish from previous guests still in room. We would like a refund for this expensive $200 per night room that was in effect a 1.5 star standard motel.

Disliked: Room old and tired. Mattress sunken and worn. Room Smelt musty from moisture damage to cabinets and from bathroom.
