An all around disappointment

Disliked: They could not provide me with the type of room I had booked. The coffee pot at breakfast was continually empty. Lots of waiting around for staff to do things at the buffet breakfast.

Excellent hotel

Liked: We had the pleasure of a free upgrade to one of their fabulous cabins . Hotel pool and breakfast area lovely and clean .Food is very good

Fine hotel to stay in...

Liked: Great location and easy to find. Good sized room and bathroom with a walk in shower. Some staff were very friendly. Dogs made to feel welcome. Easy parking and quiet from other rooms. Breakfast quantity good, quality fair.
Disliked: Lack of sockets near bed for charging, though others around. One accessed by crawling under the bed revealed a gap in cleaning.
