Disappointing

Passable

Liked: Location and value for money. Room was a good size.
Disliked: Condensation mildew behind the wardrobe, the whole room felt and showed signs of damp.The room needed a deep clean, dining area was especially dusty the radiator was filthy .

Disliked: It was very cold and the radiators were turned off after an hour after we got there.There was only 1 shower gel, that wasn't enough for us as a couple.

Exceptional

Liked: Really cosy little guest house. Very friendly staff and excellent value for money.

Liked: Very clean Adrian the owner rents rooms on the of season but not food,room clean plenty electic points and king size bed Very comfortable tea/coffee bottle water fridge,for the the first time there is would book again

Disliked: dirty broken bed and freezing cold room. someone else's half bottle of water in the fridge. just felt there was lack of care and attention. not enjoyable and no-one to be seen to talk to.

Liked: Very central location, clean, friendly staff easy to find.
Disliked: The heating didn’t work so was cold at the night time.

Adequate place to stay

Liked: It was a clean, comfortable and warm room, had all the facilities you would expect. A small fridge was a bonus although we didn't use it. Location ideal for town and sea front.
Disliked: The host wasn't particularly very friendly when we arrived. We felt like we were being a nuisance. It was almost 8pm but I had requested a late check-in. Didn't mention anything about breakfast and although I knew it was included, we ate at a nearby cafe. We didn't see him again until we left. The shower cubicle was awkward - the temperature knob was too low that I kept knocking it whilst showering. Also the cubicle doors didn't seem to fit together very well.
