Rooms were clean and very quiet. Lots of eating places. The American Burger was really good with great staff.

Liked: Location to the Dolby.
Disliked: The smoking!

Great place to stay on Strip; close to stores; walking distance to Planet Hollywood.

Liked: Comfortable room; great service at front desk; concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: Safe didn't work in room.

Liked: Very fun, themed, lots to see inside. Great location and easy to travel between other hotels. Clean room, corner spot. Really fun and exciting view from the room to the strip.
Disliked: Tub filled with water when showering so tub was clogged but everything else was great.

Disliked: Very disappointed to find an empty cupboard with no fridge. The room hadn’t been cleaned well, there was still trash on the floor from the people before us! Also, we weren’t expecting the extra costs to stay there!

Liked: The pool is large and the rooms are clean
Disliked: the dj played music so loud at the pool we had to leave. it took an hour to check in and an hour to check out because they charged us for things we did not purchase. It seems to be a strategy to keep people in lines, there were plenty of employees, but almost no one behind the counter either time.

Liked: The decor was amazing! Definitely felt like NY. Helpful staff to check in. Great food choices within the hotel.
Disliked: Felt a little harassed by the staff looking to get me to buy timeshare. I understand they may have a quota but if you see the same face within minutes, there’s no need to keep asking.
