Rooms were clean and very quiet. Lots of eating places. The American Burger was really good with great staff.

Liked: Location to the Dolby.
Disliked: The smoking!

Liked: NYNY has lots of shops and restaurants
Disliked: I didn't appreciate the check in. You have to use a pad to check in and all you get is a "we'll message you when your room is ready". There's no estimate time of wait . I waited 1hr before I got up to ask a rep to check on my room, 5 minutes later, I got my room. Get to my room and find out there is no mini fridge, it cost $25 extra to have one put in your room. The toilet wasn't working properly and I ended up fixing it myself.. it was the flapper in the tank that wasn't sitting properly and not allowing water to fill the tank.However, with these minor issues and now knowing what I know, I would stay here again. There are more positives than negatives..

horrible experience not going back...

Liked: im pretty apcet they didn’t have any rooms available i had to wait 5 hours in my car for a room to be available they wanted me to charge twice
Disliked: that they changed me a room and they were full complicated

Disliked: The check in was awful. There was only 1 person checking people in. Only 3 people were in front of me and took 45 minutes. The self check in didn’t work. Eventually another person came out to help with the self check in.
