Liked: Closed to main subway lines, view of the Hudson River from the room was spectacular.
Disliked: Wish both Bill’s and front desk team show some enthusiam when they greet people from overseas.

It was great.

Liked: The hotel was in a good location. We mostly used metro and the hotel was only few minutes walk from the station. Also only 2-3 minutes walk from 9/11. Very close to Wall Street and Brooklyn Bridge.The restaurant in the hotel was great.Hotel was very clean, staff were very welcoming and super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The restaurant staff was not as friendly as the hotel staff. Also the restaurant staff at night time are much much nicer and 100 times more friendly and welcoming than the morning staff.
