Nice hotel close to the...

Liked: The location is super convenient to LaGuardia Airport and a free shuttle goes every 15 min. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant is open late and is actually really good.

Overall, disappointing experience due to...

Liked: The housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive
Disliked: The front-desk agent was unfriendly and offered no directions, and the room was outdated, with only lukewarm water in the shower and no basic amenities (no drinking water, microwave, or utensils).
