Bad choice, move on!

Disliked: Rooms were dirty. Room marked. non smoker was heavily smoked in. Pay room price but extra for your bed covers. Air conditioner was old, loud and very dirty>Esp bathroom And carpet!! Weird chemical smell made my throat burn for first couple hours. Maybe bug spray. If I cancelled it says I’d lose the money. So I stayed. Pay an extra 20 dollars and get a nicer motel. It”s in my top 5 list of BAD!

only there for 15 Min...

Liked: nothing
Disliked: room was dirty and we had cockroach traps in the bathroom and we killed the first one and caught the second one in a cup and took it to the front desk and the person there said he would refund our room but I called there today and he said he cannot refund it it has to be done through booking.com. we were only there 15 min or so and will not stay there again. how can i get refunded?
