Not nice at all, would...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Very dirty, stains on the sheets, shared bathroom was disgusting and some one has smoked in there as there was ash on the windowsill, bin bags in the halls, one of the people that live there was shouting at night keeping me up and was also arguing with another person who lives there. Very dirty and the staff are very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone at all seems like the owners don’t care at all.

Liked: It was a Thursday so it was quiet, staff was nice.
Disliked: Car soot netting, tv

We wouldn’t stay there again.

Liked: The new beds and carpets were a bonus. Having a kettle and tea/coffee supplies were a bonus.
Disliked: Rooms being on different floors. No towels supplied as stated. Decor needed revamping as it wouldn’t cost much instead of bodging. Bathroom: was better than being outside but didn’t smell very clean, no shower curtain in one of the rooms, shower just left open for water to go every where. Tv had been punched so unable to watch in other room. No one to greet us on arrival had to ring all numbers available. Once greeted he appeared pleasant but unaware of our stay. No where to leave keys in the morning so had to call to be Tolstoy to take them back to the rooms.
