Good

Liked: Location was wonderful, a block from the beach front. About a 20 minute walk from the train station, but downhill to get there. The bed was extremely comfortable and nicely appointed. Oscar, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and accommodating, and works very hard. He was very welcoming.
Disliked: The breakfast offering was limited and not of the best quality. I wouldn’t have paid for it if it wasn’t included. And while the bed was wonderful, the rest of the decor was not as nice. However, we stayed there one night to be close to Gatwick airport and we were very comfortable.

Very good

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable although bathroom a little small. Staff were friendly and very attentive especially at breakfast which had plenty of choice always cooked perfectly. Great location with seafront 2 minutes away.
Disliked: Only thing was the parking. We paid for a council permit-the cheaper option-but had to park quite a way away from hotel not the hotels fault just a busy town.

Room felt outdated and tired....

Liked: How close it was to the Beach and the Brighton Centre
Disliked: Cracked bathroom floor tile that lifts when you walk in it. Holes in carpet. Newspaper down back of bed side table. Heavily bleached towels that were roughCheap mdf furniture

When I’m working in Brighton...

Liked: For Brighton, it was a good price, far better than a premier inn! Great to get parking for £9 a night.
Disliked: Maybe a fan in the room?

Perfect stay in every way...

Liked: All of the staff were friendly,welcoming and nothing was too much for them to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable from the moment we arrived.The cooked breakfast we had every morning was fresh and delicious.We had lots of food and drinks to choose from.The room we stayed in was clean and perfect for us.It was reasonably priced too.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was having to leave but we will definitely be back soon.
