Liked: Small but pretty looking rooms. Very friendly staff who were happy to help and full of tips about brighton.

Liked: Good breakfast. Good check in. Central location.
Disliked: Majority of staff had very poor communication/customer service skills. Old building with old sash windows that banged in the slightest of breeze all night long. Shower plug didn’t drain well and filled with water within a couple of minutes so I had to turn tap off - wouldn’t have been able to wash my long hair without it overflowing out onto the floor

Liked: We loved the old house and the decor. Staff was very nice and helpful. There was a broken unit in the shower i had and i let them now. It was fixed right away. Super happy about choosing this place! Highly recommend
Disliked: Shower leaked a little bit and i wish they had someway of keeping the window open in my room. Had to wedge a towel underneath to keep from closing and opening. Nothing major.

Liked: What a lovely hotel the staff are so kind and attentive. I have never stayed in a hotel where they knock on your door after you have checked to make sure you have everything you need. The bar in the evening is also excellent. Would definitely stay again 10/10!
