Gem in Kemp town

Liked: Perfect location close to the sea and numerous restaurants and bars. Warm welcome, comfy beds, excellent room service.
Disliked: What's not to like?;

Great stay

Liked: It was good value for price and location. Gave me my own bathroom because I brought my dog. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I liked having a sink in my room. They had bowls for dogs, so pet friendly and provided for them upon request, though limited (one tiny bowl only)
Disliked: I received no information regarding breakfast, I forgot to ask. It was noisy during the night. It would have been more comfortable for the bathroom to be closer to the bedroom considering that they were paired together.

Disliked: Slatted blinds very dusty.Basin plug stuck closed.Neither of these issues are deal breakers though.
