SAFE! CLEAN! FRIENDLY STAFF!

Liked: It was very clean the room was very spacious, it’s a reasonable price. I felt super safe staying here its gates and there is security, the front desk lady was very nice it was a nice quiet hotel. AND THE CHECK OUT ISS AT 12! Which is great

Liked: Great value, great location, clean and cozy.
Disliked: No A/C control in the room. I had to call the operator to turn on and off the A/C.

Great Hotel - Would Stay...

Liked: This a truly nice boutique hotel unlike other places that uses boutique to just mean "small and cramped". The included coffee and breakfast snacks were appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel also had a water filtering system so you can fill up on clean filtered drinking water. The Korean restaurant on the ground floor was excellent with authentic and high quality Korean cuisine. The free and adjacent parking lot had 24 hour security which made me feel better parking in the Los Angeles neighborhood. Location of the hotel was also excellent for Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines in and around Korea Town.
Disliked: Outdoor smoking area could use a few plastic chairs

Liked: Fantastic place. Immaculately clean - which is usually my main concern in hotels - very efficient daily housekeeping, super kind and helpful staff, the central location, free parking and a supersafe environment thanks to 24/7 security, the good value for money - significantly cheaper than other accommodations in the area. I had a king room facing the parking lot and it was magnificently quiet.
Disliked: Minor stuff. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned so air conditioning cannot be autonomously regulated but the reception staff is ready to help. Also, don’t get deterred by a few homeless people living along the road. The area is actually safe and there is 24/7 security in any case.

Liked: Good location in Korea town, close to bus stops, metro only 2-4 bus stops away. For drivers there is a free and guarded parking lot.Korean restaurants, cheap supermarkets (El Super is the best) nearby and there is a good Mexican fast food restaurant on the corner (Pollo loco).Every morning there was coffee and pastries. The room was clean, air conditioning, wifi worked perfectly, was cleaned every day.Staff at reception are polite, guests are mainly Korean.Check-in and out time is the best (2 pm and 12pm).Payment was correct there was no deposit.
Disliked: About the hotel there’s nothing wrong.Opposite the hotel there is a small homeless encampment but we had known about this and we hardly ever saw the inhabitants. They don’t disturb anybody.
