Liked: If it were not for the lovely Khadija Begum, your Duty Manager, and the lovely girls at the front desk—including the delightful trainee who checked me in—you would not have received the ratings I gave.Unfortunately, I had an accident on Monday afternoon, which left me with a fractured left elbow and a severely fractured right wrist, clearly limiting my mobility. I needed to return to The Royal Hospital on Wednesday and had to move hotels, as the one I had been staying in was fully booked. I chose the New Road Hotel due to its location.Khadija went above and beyond the call of duty—helping me to my room, taking my luggage, assisting with opening my case, bringing me water and a straw, and kindly letting me know she would inform the staff on the next shift about my limitations.The following morning, Khadija once again assisted me—this time with storing my luggage. The darling even brushed my hair when I asked her to, remaining completely professional throughout.Having worked in hospitality myself—with a team of 48 staff—I can honestly say not one of them matched the star quality Khadija has. She is a real asset to your team and earns a 20/10 from me!!!!!

Good

Liked: Having access to instant coffee and boiled water for tea (not in the bedroom but in a public room at each floor). The possibility to order pizza very easily was also good. The bedroom looked good, but the layout of the room wasn't ideal.
Disliked: The light switches were weirdly placed, there was no bedlight (which is very unfortunate for bedtime reading), the bathroom wasn't a real separate room (not good for noises and condensation after showers), poor ventilation.

Disliked: The welcome in the reception was dissapointing because of the attitude of the staff.

Liked: Nearby underground train station and free hot drink at nearby room .
Disliked: Wifi not strong and also toilet no shower curtain as water spreads all round the toilet floor

Liked: Nice sized room, and little balcony was good for drying clothes.
Disliked: Lift was very small, air-condition in room 106 was possibly broken as it whined on and off. not very effective
