Disliked: The unrequested phone call 10 mins before checkout. I'm not a child.

Worst Hotel in Area

Liked: location on Harlem convenient
Disliked: horrible staff, unfriendly, unhelpful. nasty, outdated room. disgusting people in other rooms. possibly hookers and drug users. worst hotel in the area. only stayed there out of desperation.
