Liked: This hotel was cool because it’s in a historic building with a beautiful pool area. It’s a perfect location, only a 10 minute walk from bourbon street, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had so many issues with the property. When we first checked in our room was dirty, there were towels on the floor and the bed was used. They swapped our room and put us upstairs- no elevator which is difficult with a lot of luggage and there was a used condom in our bin- absolutely awful. A member of staff came to remove it and they gave us a free drink voucher for it. Then a storm started and our room was leaking so badly, the balcony door was pouring in water so we had to move again. We were then downgraded to a much smaller room with a damp smell. They refunded the extortionate parking for the inconvenience. Overall I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Liked: It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to walk there
Disliked: We had a few hiccups to start that made us worry but got better. Just older place needs some tlc and better WiFi

Disliked: Everything. Need to ask for everything, parking was added on after we are already there. Doesn’t state in booking the hotel.

Disliked: Hid the ice bucket in the room. Normally you can sit in the court yards and smoke and drink coffee but they had signs no smoking made it hard to smoke my cigars as the neighborhood at night especially was very sketchy lots of people asking for everything.

Disliked: It would be nice to be able to purchase some sort of breakfast. Yes it is close-by French Quarter - but when you arrive you don't know where to find it
