Liked: Staff was nice. Moved our room when smoke alarm kept beeping. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Outdated and dirty. Found dead and alive beetle/roaches. Sheets were dirty, floors were dirty. Shower leaked.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The bathroom in our room was fairly clean. The river view from the room was pleasant.
Disliked: Rooms needed to be cleaned more thoroughly - for example, the floors had been vacuumed in open areas, but no one had recently vacuumed between or under pieces of furniture. Everything was worn and dingy - the white towels and sheets seemed clean but were yellowed/stained and very thin. The continental breakfast was coffee and Pop Tarts. The A/C only worked when set to a temperature more appropriate for a meat locker than a hotel room; trying to raise the temperature at all shut off the A/C entirely.

Liked: False advertising. The website said they was gonna have breakfast and didnt. The hot tub was broke down and had stagnated water.
