Hotel Description
The New Lanark Mill Hotel is part of UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel has spacious rooms with attached bathroom a restaurant bar and swimming pool. New Lanark is a small 18th century village designed as a model industrial center. Today the mill buildings school and workers' homes have been converted into shops museums and the New Lanark Mill Hotel. The rooms and the rooftop garden both offer stunning views of the river and the surrounding Conservation Area. The restaurant overlooks the River Clyde and offers traditional Scottish dishes from a cooked breakfast to afternoon tea. As well as the 52 foot swimming pool there is a modern gym sauna and steam room. The hotel has received awards for its environmental policies and disabled access. The village is an hour's drive from Glasgow or Edinburgh and the Mill Hotel is just 1.4 miles from Lanark Railway Station.

Very chilled and relaxed time

Great hotel to relax with...

Liked: Hotel facilities and breakfast was really good.The staff were really knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help.Hotel surrounding and views are amazing
Disliked: This is not a negative point but just something to consider - Generally everything was great, but just consider the location is pretty rural... if you planning on going for walks etc in and around the hotel then thats great, but you will need a car to get by everywhere else such as traveling into Glasgow city centre etc
