Overall, a good, value for...
Liked: The manager was extremely polite and helpful.
Disliked: The carpet in my room hadn’t been hoovered.

Liked: This was our second time staying here, the hotel is in such a lovely location, the rooms are large and very comfortable to us, the members of staff and the manager on shift were so nice to us and our dogs. We will definitely stay here again.

Magical escape in an idyllic...
Liked: Location was stunning , set in pretty Clapham village which was an escape from the city chaos Warm friendly welcome not only to us but our dogs which are so important to us and that was a great start !! Thank you ☺️ The room was spacious , clean and wow what an amazing four poster bed (we slept like logs) gorgeous clean fresh sheets. Love the sound of the stream nearby . We had a delicious evening dinner and house wine was
