Nice location, hotel needs some...

Liked: Nice location and peaceful
Disliked: Not enough staff, either in the kitchen, the bar and the restaurant. Everything was slow

Very good

Liked: The double room we had was huge. Bed was really comfortable.The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Yaman.Food in the restaurant was delicious
Disliked: Would of been better to have larger style pillows as they felt a bit small The breakfast menu was a little confusing as we weren't sure if it was a choice of buffet continental or cooked breakfast. We found out after we had eaten it was possible to have both of you wanted

Amazing, will definitely be back.

Liked: Fabulous stay. Views were amazing. Staff very helpful, professional and polite. Had dinner an breakfast, both amazing. Chef should be very proud.

Stunning

Liked: Everything the deco, the room was so big and looked like a superior sweet big it was a stand double that looked very posh. Woke up to the best view as well beautiful place.

Amazing location

Liked: Amazing location overlooking Cardiff. Our superior room was perfect and made the most of the view. Even though there was a wedding happening, it was very quiet and peaceful. Our evening meal was lovely too
Disliked: Our room wasn't ready when we arrived which they were very apologetic about.was a half an hour wait.
